Current reggae artist Konshens (b. Greg Spence), who blazed onto the music scene a few years ago with the popular radio hit “Winner,” has released his second official mixtape “The Realest Mixtape Part 2.” Konshens won international acclaim for the single “Good Girl Gone Bad” that was a combination with talented singer/songwriter Tarrus Riley.
His latest hit single, “The Realest Song” on the Better Life Riddim, has been a staple of reggae radio around the world and has a compelling accompanying video (see below). Konshens has also made waves with singles “Hooked on You” with Darrio; “Wine & Climb;” “Pillow Talk;” “Street Life” on the Cranberry Riddim; “Jah Protect I” on the Sea Breeze Riddim;” “All About the Paper;” “How It Feel” on the Politics Riddim; and “Hear Dem Talk.”
The talented artist seems to pick his riddims wisely, and addresses issues that everyone can relate to. He has a very bright future ahead, if he stays true to his creativity.
